all i did was rub butter on it and put some of jeffs rub on it and my god it was good and i used a beer can chicken rack and cut tops off of pop cans and filled them with apple juice and it worked pretty good
ya last weekend my wifes frind thought i was crazy haveing her take pics of it and i had to try to explain the whole smf thing she still thainks im crazy
i only like to keep it for 4 days .....unless it is next door in the cold place lol ....right next to the walleye for last winter ......i need to eat that soon
that e cores will teach you a lot if you dont know all of the little ins and outs .......you can find them all here but the e cores will put it all in one spot easy to read
that looks cool i have seen one kind of like it other then it had a place on top tp put a bag full of ice to keep it cold that is very imporent so that the fat gets mixed in good
i thing my reglater is shot i got a smoke holow and my god a cupple of times my burner would go fully blast but ever time i cought it right away but idk i need a differnt riglater and a nedile vale i think to controle it better any ideas ......i just can not get it to hold one temp very good its...
i know that you need to rest ALL meat after cooking .....so how long should i rest the chicken the beef im going to rest for 1.5 houres i was thining cover birds with tinfole and rest for 15 minnets ?
