I have a 40" MES, and I use water in the pan, I use Apple Juice for spritzing or 1/2 apple juice and 1/2 pineapple juice with 1/4cup of Capt Morgan, or just use the a&p juice, spritz once every hour

I have frozen both kinds (stuffed) and (not stuffed) fatties, after they have been smoked, I wrap them in tin foil and stick in freezer until frozen and then vacuum seal them while they are still frozen, I'll pan fry or nuke em, They still taste good.
I think my home PC did get the Trojan virus, a bunch of writing and stuff came across the screen and the word trojan was used quite abit, now I can't access the internet any ideas to straightin it out or is it a gonner, I am using the work computer so I can check later for any kind of help
I really enjoy cooking and baking and also canning, and smoking meat, Wife will not eat smoked meat, nore my canning which has not killed no one, and the baking she has to be in the mood, so I take all this to work and it will be gone in2-3 days, she's pickey
