The pellet hopper will feed from the left side (red) and I can't decide if I should put an air intake on the right (blue).
Where should the exhaust go? Should I place in the center or on the far right side?
I have a unit like this I'm working on. Once I took the trim out around the inside f'n the doors th inner shell slides right out. I would replace it with roxul insulation only $40ish a bag for bats. You're better off fixing it now then having to do it later. Post some pictures of what you have
got the inner shell pulled out and all the old insulation that had gotten damp from sittin around for so long. is the inner shell in good enough shape or should i have my buddy reinforce it with more stainless?
left side is 48x22, both doors on the right side are 30x22. it is 28" deep in the cooking space. doors lock up nice. will be replacing the seals with the fire resistant rope.
from it sitting so long i do believe the insulation has picked up a tad bit of moisture so i am going to see how easy...
Well finally got the freezer to the farm. Cooking space looks to be 50"w 48" h 28"d
