    charbroil 1280 heat issue

    I have done a few meats in my smoker after completing the mods suggested. I have an issue and not sure of the cause.     Pork loin came out nice. Nice smoke ring for my first time. Pork ribs were nice but I learned that I need a new rub for smoking as mine is to salty A little smoked Mac and cheese. everyone loved this so it has been added to the recurring dinner side.
