I think they are done. Put them wrapped in my yeti. Will be eating in 2 hours. Done too fast. Next time I'll cook lower temps. Had it way too hot due to my bad thermometer.
So my brand new polder thermometer bit the dust. I knew I should have gotten a maverek. POS!!! I tested it when I got it on Christmas and it was 1 degree off. Now it's 50 degrees off and dropping!!!
