    Learning how to "cold smoke"

    Thanks Brian.  Since I originally posted this I've purchased a MES Cold Smoke attachment.  Between that and the current cold temperatures in NJ, it hasn't been too hard to cold smoke.  Thanks for the information though, definitely the way to go without my current set up.  Happy Holidays!

    How about a Thanksgiving Fatty? Ground Turkey & Pork Sausage - filled with stove top and corn in a bacon weave!  Smoked with apple for about 3 hours and broiled to crisp up the bacon for about 10-15 minutes. Didn't get an after picture.  They went too quick!  Served them with cranberry sauce...
