    Commercial frig/freezer...looking for ideas

Picked up this small commercial merchadising frig / freezer. Besides the obvious, looking for ideas on what to use it for. I thought about a curing cabinet. Any other ideas? It does seem to work, although it only gets down to 30°F. Can't find much info about it online.

Weston PRO 2300 Vacuum Sealer issue

I'm not familiar with your unit. Does it have a built-in cooling fan? If it does, maybe its not working and letting everything heat up too much. ????

    Cabinet electric smoker build

For consistent smoke, you could just do a "mailbox" mod and use an electric hot plate with its own heat controller.

    Which Food Vacuum Machine?

The first thing i'd do is make sure your old one can't be fixed. I dought a machine only 3 years old is worn out. Take it to a local electronics repair guy and have him check it out. It could be something simple and inexpensive to fix.

    Cabinet electric smoker build

If you used one element instead of two, it would stay on longer and might help with the smoke generation part.

Auber has wiring diagrams on there website. I'd go with an oven element if I was building it.

Help with a Auber Instruments Controllers

If you fed the probe down the exhaust vent, maybe condensation ran down the probe wire and got the probe wet. My directions for my probe says it can't get wet. Just a thought?

This might help with your alarm problem. Press and hold the "set" button until the display says "lock". Then enter "188" using your "+" button. Then press "set". Is This Normal?

My guess is its just condensation dropping off around the door opening?

You can also add some sliced onions to this recipe if you'd like. We like them without.

Then once that finishes boiling I add all the sliced cucumbers into this solution. Bring back to a boil and only boil for about one minute stiring as you go. You'll see the color of the slices go from bright green to a dark green. Stop! Remove from heat and spoon slices and juice into hot jars...

    Sweet Bread'n Butter pickles

So yesterday I was finally able to gather enough cucumbers from our garden to make up a batch of these. I've been making these for a few years now and my family loves them. They're easy to make and taste great. Medium size cleaned cucumbers. Maybe 6 or 7 lbs. Sliced about 1/4"+ thick and into a...
