    How long will Q last in freezer?

    BigAl I vacuum sealed chopped pork and forgot about it in the freezer for over a year..Decided to pull it out and give it a try on a camping trip and it was just as good as the day I smoked it!!!!!I use a Foodsaver purchased at Sam's Club, Work's Great!!!

    Pulled pork for the weekend

    JphnT I would go with the 4-5lb'ers, With 250° heat they should only take 9-10 hours and be @ a pulled pork temp...A little less time say 8-9 they could be chopped pork......Good Luck & Enjoy!!!!

    Bubba,Bud,Tonto Just got home from work and im sure I smell smoke! Good Luck on the all nighter practice run..couldnt have got a better night for it crystal clear and cool..Im sure that Lang is seasoned pretty well by now.
