    That’s also why we like Norwegian and on their largest ships. Sounds like we’d like RC also. Too bad can only get Carnival out of Charleston and Norfolk … would be nice to not have to fly. And yeah, think we have to put Alaska on the list.

    We have done E.Carib, W.Carib, and MexRiviera. S.Carib and Canal on the list. We haven’t done Hawaii yet as NCL Pride of America not the best ship. Maybe a different line. Or fly there and then book with an island tour.

    Honestly, we have had good luck with a few Whirlpools, especially if/when need any repairs. Have also had Asko, Bosch, and LG.

    Good idea. Almost always do bacon and/or onions with beef liver, never tried with chicken. I think I’ll try air fryer with smoke in my Ninja Woodfire sometime.

    I do that same simple seasoning (occasionally add some smoked paprika and cayenne), and have done both pan and deep fried. Wife also dislikes liver, so usually just for an occasional or game day unless already have something else for dinner for wife. Oh well …
