Thanks chef jimmy, that's kinda what I've been doing over the years and your exactly right some are ready some are over done. Dad gets the steaks already cut from the butcher so they are all ready when o get them. Could I just smoke them the whole way? I can fit all of them at once that way.

The day is here. Practice officially over!! Ten butts all around 10 to 8lbs. Rubbed last night and got ready. Getting them on a little later than I wanted my smoker is being a little temperamental this morning. Here we go!!
So, it's on. Friday June 10 I'm cooking 8 butts in my smoker. She'll be REALLY happy that day! I'm a little nervous, never cooked that much at once before. Any help is very appreciated. I hope I have what it takes!
They chose the willinghams style hands down!! I had all 9 guys I work with try both with lots of different BBQ sauce and the southern style won hands down! My wife went as far as to say not to do anything different next time. She loved it!!!

Ok so, 11 hours total. I wrapped at 155 it added some apple juice to one and some beer to the other. Smoked to 203 on my maverick and pulled and let rest for about an hour. . Got a set of bear claws I've been dying to use and pulled her all apart
