krusher is in rural virginia while you and I are in heavily regulated California. His life is a lot simpler when it comes to govt. regulation. As he wants to sell it through this store, there is a good chance he could work something out with the store owner to cover himself.- bigwayne

Looking for the big one! a non-smoking break
Nice report. Fishing is my main hobby as well. We have some kayak fishers in our club out here as well. One of em had his kayak chomped by a great white last year, but escaped unharmed. I read about some guys going for salmon sharks in kayaks up in Alaska last year. My latest good catch:- bigwayne

To Charcoal Smoke or Gas or Electric?
I see you got the charcoal one, which makes sense given you already have the big chief for the easy set it and leave it occasions. You can do a lot more than jerky and fish in the chief.- bigwayne

Hi guys. Been smoking for a dozen years or so. Mostly self taught. Mostly pork shoulders and ribs. Looking to try some new things. Using a Great Outdoors Grill gas fired model now. Looking for a trailer model for my fishing club to use for events.
