Hello all. Smoked 2 slabs of baby backs this Saturday. It was the first time I used my new Thermopro TP-20.
I did these using's Al's rub recipe and also as I read on another of his posts, did them without foil.

Thank you all for the info. So I think I'm going to get a couple dial thermometers and put them through beer cans on the top grate. That should give a good indication of the pit temp. I'll post picks soon. Already love this forum.
