7qts Polish Dill out of the waterbath.
I added pickle crisp to each jar, a garlic clove, black mustard seed, peppercorns, and a little crushed red pepper to each jar.
Pressure canned jars do not need prior sterilization.
The same is true for water bath canning if the processing time at a full boil is >=10 minutes at sea level.
I run my jars through the dishwasher prior to using, but no actual sterilization processing.

Have a rack of baby backs I'm getting ready to cook.
Plan on using a snake, 2 coals on the bottom, one on top with apple woods chips/chunks spaced throughout.
I have only done this once a few years ago.
They turned out good, but I can't remember the top and bottom vent positions I used.
Tips?
Grilled some Hoffmans and some Glaziers for the 4th of July.
Both on a roll with hot mustard, dill relish and horseradish.
The Glaziers took first place, with 100%(2/2) voters choosing them over the Hoffmans!
I really do like the Glaziers.
