    This is NOT Thin Blue Smoke....

    I actually just got off the phone with them a couple minutes ago.  They are sending out a new retrofitted chip housing unit and new remote (didn't work).  Great customer service so far,   but now that I have the AMNPS that I'm trying to get working properly, it probably won't matter much.
