    Thanks. Yeah it’s pretty handy. I had been using jt to monitor temps In my double door true fridge and transferred it last nigbt. I have the new model also but the battery doesn’t seem to last as long as the first one.

    15 hrs 18 min and it’s tender!! The smell is amazing. Time to let it cool for a bit the. Wrap and hold for 5-6 hrs. Can’t wait any longer lol

    14.75 hrs and it reached 195. Probed for tenderness and still a ways to go. The battery pack should hold out. It wasn’t fully charged when I started but really close to it.
