    Just took them off the smoker. Took them to 195 and 199. They're resting peacefully in the cooler for a while before I pull it. But I snuck a sample and some pics before I hid it... It's perfect!!! By far the best butt I've ever smoked.

    I've got 2 Boston butts in my Masterbuilt dual fuel smoker. I have smoked millions (more or less) of butts but always used the Texas crutch. I know every shoulder is different and I'll have to watch the temp on each one. One isis about 10 lbs and the other about 8.5. Any success or nightmare...
