    Another 33 lbs of bellies

    Around here, I can get bellies at any local butcher. It runs from $2 to $3 a pound. When sales come I can get it for 99 cents a pound. Thanks for all the great comments.

    My new slicer

    So far there are 2 cons to this slicer. It is rather loud and has a small motor. But it is just a small slicer. It cleans up in less than 2 minutes, very portable. For slicing bacon 4 or 5 times a year, I think its perfect for the price of $100.
