    Man!!! I'm jealous. You should make it a business, looks professional to me. The bacon wraps are something that I am going to try. Qviews look great.

    I didn't smoke the turkeys in the bag. After smoking the turkeys, I remove them and place them into the oven bags to keep them moist and warm for delivery.

    Christmas Smoke 2012 w/ Qview

    AWESOME!!! The smoke ring on the brisket looks perfect, the smoked cheese looks delish, and the almonds are a home run. Looks like a lot of work, but well worth it. The pics are great, keep em comin.

    Well guys and gals, I am still an amateur at the art of smoking, but so far everything has turned out beautiful. So far in 2 firings of the smoker, I have smoked 20 turkeys, 1 wrapped pork shoulder, 2 briskets, 4 pork butts, and 1 deer tenderloin. I was asked in a previous post to show some pics...
