GFS = Gordon Food Service. The screen worked well for only 1 use. I have purchased a grill grate to go in the pan now. I did a 6.8lb pork butt yesterday and still having low temp issues in the ECB. I had to finish the pork in the oven.

I have looked everywhere on this unit. There is no name, no serial number, nothing. I called my buddy and he said it was a gift to him. I will still be looking for a new probe or a new thermo for him.
I was using a friends meat thermometer and I left the probe in the pork. Went back to check the temp , went to go pull the probe out of the meat and the darn end on the probe as melted. The thermo still works but I'm not getting a reading from the probe. Questions I have is the end connection...
