    is that 10lbs...if it is holy cow.... well i would just cut it in half , scoop it , and slice up then bread them and deep fry them and serve with marainara sauce....

    well set it it depends on certain factors 1. the meat could be tough or just be that nightmare cut 2. your temp gauge could be off ..i sugest pull it out and re-insert 3. your smoker gauge could be off what i would do is wrap in foil and let it go for a couple of more hours and see what it is...

    hey sooner fan i think my invite got lost in the mail...what time are you having the party.....just down the road from ya..... never done a rib roast but i have been eyeing the same thing and i am honestly a little nervous doing one myself because of the cost $100.00 would hate to mess that...

    has anyone heard or use this brand of sausage mix...i bought from a store here called academy outdoor .. is it a good mix or will i need to add to it.... as you can see it makes up to 15lbs of sausage and i will be using groung turkey as a base ..about 7.5lbs and 7.5lbs of ground pork....is this...
