Tomorrow is supposed to be National Cheeseburger Day and I was curious what cheeseburgers would you all be making? Mine is this-The Paul Newman burger, Chuck, Sirloin, and Brisket mixture. For my burgers I will use 1lb of chuck, 1/2lb of each sirloin and brisket season with just salt and pepper...
Here are a few pictures of some pork chops I got from the farmers market, they are about 3/4 inch thick and I trim the excess fat per instructions of Cook Air. I never went past level 3 because at that level I was already at 550 degrees and raising. Cook till well done!
Thanks for...
Sorry I meant to thick, it was 3 inches in the center of the roast. And yes it's electric through AC/DC plug, 110 normal outlet, also 8 d-batteries and It only burns wood or lump. The biggest steak I would cook on this is maybe 1 1/2 inches thick.
Was going to do a Tri Tip on the Cook-Air, but the Tip was to big to do without slicing it into steaks. I did the tri tip on my Jumbo Joe with some pics in charcoal smokers section. Maybe next week some good pork chops on the Cook-Air!
I smoke and seared a 2.70lb Tri Tip seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, and some chipotle powder. Did a reversed sear with some red oak over lump.
Thanks' for looking!
