    put the tip of the cutter against the guide and keep it moving, we have the plasma on the higher setting to help blow the metal out quicker. try on scrap metal, wont take long to get in the groove of things.

    Had a little time this afternoon to get the hinges on, had some weld on ones so I put another piece of metal to act as a spacer on the back, also made for a nice spot to weld too. The extra piece of metal may also help to keep the tank straight? Guess some extra support cant hurt, but thats...

    Dad helping out with some welding Patched a hole in the center and did some welding along the edge from where the plasma cut through from cutting off the tank stand, then ground it down...turned out nice As she sits now...not bad for a few hours of work
