And, who cares anyway...just because it stops absorbing doesnt mean you have to stop smoking! I love tending fire...and drinking beer. So whether that thing takes smoke for 12 hours or 1.2 hours im standing by with a beer!
You can buy a nice used Mathews to get started...Mathews and Hoyt technology is hard to beat. I have an old Mathews Q2 that i bought 3 years old with everything on it (rest, site, stabilizer, quiver mount) for $250 when i bought my first bow. Now i have moved up..but the big 2 are expensive...
I disagree with the red hot part...i have a weed burner and this stuff is invincible. Maybe mines differnet but this stuff is TOUGH. I had that mother red hot and it didnt burn it off. I have spent a couple hours with a wire wheel on the grinder. I think i inhaled more of the damn liner...
Yes they are...i have been fighting one for 3 burnouts now...and 12 pallets. Still quite a bit of liner in it. I gave up. Got a new barrel and now i lost all ambition after the failure caused by the liner.
This was just posted the other day. Apartment constraints shouldnt be a problem with this...if you want to pay me to make you one i will!!!

I found it...it was BBQ Engineer's "Hot Legs" that he made for his Buffalo Chicken Fatty. Im gonna use that rub mixture this weekend!!
Here is the thread if you dont remember it...that chicken looks awesome...
Ok, i thought i saved this thread, but i cant find it. It was a while ago, maybe over the summer...possibly a throwdown? I dont know about that for sure but:
What i am looking for is something like cajun (or maybe buffalo) smoked legs/drumsticks. I think they were done in the drummy rack...
No, from what i have seen the heat just veries. But i have not ran into any Jalapenos that are too hot. Are you taking the seeds and membranes out? Personally, i usually leave in quite a few seeds in jalaps for more heat, unless i know that they are hotter to begin with. Often home grown are...
This is very true...the midwest is going to lose the vast majority of its Ash Trees. Which really is a tradgedy...just like the American Elm (Dutch Elm Disease)...and American Chestnut (chestnut blight). Its too bad these things happen. We lose a lot of valuable wildlife habitat and beautiful...
Yes, half of Ohio is under the Emerald Ash Borer quarantine...and my county was just added to the list for 2010. They still have not found any borers but all surrounding couties have. They had traps up in and around ash trees all year last year. So, since the majority of people wouldnt know...
Nice job...but beware...the mesh is not universal. Probably the sheets at the big box stores are, but you can get different guages, and pattern dimensions. It is also cheaper if you order from a place like McMaster-Carr...but i have made one fro a sheet at Lowes and i wish i would have had...
Do some research on Snopes and you'll find out they are not the giant mega fact-checking team everyone thinks they are. Its a husband and wife that simply compile public information and make a dscision based on reason...the same research we can all do ourselves.
You dont have to be rude to give a lowball offer. Im not just going to show up and tell the guy 250 or im leaving...im going to talk to him and let him show it to me before making an offer. If it turns out im really not that interested i will lowball...like offer $200 low. If the guys seems...
I wouldnt be too concerned with the burnout on the new barrel. Pine shouldnt leave residue, but wouldnt be my first choice. Most people find a junk pallet or 3 and burn them out with those. They are usually free. In your case (new barrel that is just bare metal inside) i might just give it a...
