    Pork steaks and ribs

I'm late to the party Rich, but everything looks great. I haven't made or had Pork Steaks in a long time. Back then I felt they were a little tough. I may have to try again. Great meals though as usual.

Great looking meal Ray! I make Ribs on the MES 40. Tried recently on the offset Chargriller, but didn't taste as good. I've been off for about 5 + months, had the right hip replaced, and now almost at 90% good. I've got all of your Joke postings saved up, so I'll be reading them asap. Here in...

    What are you watching ?

Agree, the show was one of my favorites. Bailey was very nice looking and had devious side too. I preferred she to Jennifer, if you can believe that, lol.

    Smoked sirloin roast .

Like all said above, all great meals and my mouth is still watering from your post last week, lol. I may also have to get one from RD and see if I can properly Butcher it and not BUTCHER it. Love some horseradish as well. Been making Eye Round Roasts on the rotisserie with Oak, and that's...

First smoke 2025 . Brisket point end .

I'm late to the party Rich, but that looks excellent and my mouth is watering. Since I started using the wood chunks method you suggested, been getting a lot of nice smoke flavor on the MES 40. Great ideas of the breaking it down, Flat, Point, etc. I've always done the whole Packer as 1 item...

    Roast beef (deli style)

Looks great! excellent work and results. I often do this with Eye Round on the rotisserie, then slice thin and use it on French Dip with Au Jus. We love it.

Which of these 2 to buy?

I have the previous Inkbird wireless. When it's working it is very good, and easy to use. Most of the time I had to charge it a day before using, and half of the time it would not work with their App. I recently got the Tempspike, which on the model I have, has it's own base, no app needed...

    Bone-in Rib Roast Sale

Kroger here in 30019 is also running the Rib Roasts at 6.97/lb. Much better than 2 weeks ago "sale" at 10.99/lb. Started worrying this would be the new low price, but now looks like usual sale prices.
