    Cuban "Sandwich" Casserole

Wow, that definitely looks fabulous! I have to wonder though, how it would taste if spread on some crusty bread?

Same. I spent more on the mods to get it workable, than I did on the offset.

Brine a Turkey Breast that's been Brined?

And here I was, thinking my off-brand turkey breast probably wasn't brined. 19%? Guess I won't need to add additional brine after all.

    BBQ Near Louisville, KY?

Not sure if this is the right place to put this? Won't take offense if the mods decide to move it elsewhere. I'm attending a wedding in Bowling Green in April. But friends and I will be based in Louisville. This will be my 3rd trip there, spent some time on the Bourbon Trail, but this time I...

    AI food prep robots

Yeah, those things look like they're much more work prepping, loading, and programming than it would be if I just cooked it myself.

    Weber kettle prices.

There's always Craigslist. I sold mine to a collector. He told me he had over 25 of them.

    Hunting And Fishing Thread!?!

Years ago, I was in a steep ravine with my eye on what might have been a trophy mule deer that was slightly farther up the hill. He walked into a stand of tall bushes, and I had my scope trained on where he would likely exit. Unbeknownst to me, there was some yahoo farther up the ravine who...

No ESPN / ABC on YouTube TV?

I cut the cable a while back and only do internet these days. I subscribe to Amazon, so at least I get Thursday night football. For all others, I have a friend who owns a very nice pub nearby, and he gets everything there on multiple screens. And he has a much better beer selection than I do.

Jeff's Texas Style BBQ (Marysville, WA)

I can't say enough good things about our friend YNot2K's bbq joint. https://www.jeffstexasstylebbq.com/ He makes pretty much everything you'd expect, and more. Ribs, brisket, sausages, turkey breast, etc. plus some great sides. And his smoked brisket burgers are out of this world! He won best...

    Turkey Burgers

I've made turkey burgers before, but not as good looking as yours. I discovered early on, that you have to season the heck out of them.

    Tomahawk - Reverse Sear

Great work, you nailed it! I've used that charcoal chimney trick myself, after I watched the BBQ Pit Boys do it. Quick & easy.

First Chicken Drums on the Backyard Beast

These were on sale for $0.97 lb, so I got a couple packages. Here's the first one. I got home from work and was in a hurry, so started at 300° for about an hour, then brushed with my own bbq sauce, and bumped it up to 350° for the next 20 minutes. Came out pretty tasty!

    Mexico Bound Tomorrow

Yeah, once you're down there, all the worries will evaporate. Wish I could be there with you; Mexico is my second favorite nation. But I'm usually on the Pacific side. Been to Cancun once. The beaches were white and "European" . I think my shoulder problems all began with my...
