    We have been eating a lot of fresh strawberries lately as they are from Mexico or the US, ours are not ready until med June. They just add that extra freshness to most things, love them in salads also. David

    Wishin I was fishin. Soon putting the dock in today, raining a little , but i'm in the water anyway...lol Now that is a good looking meal, and love the Italian cantaloupe sorbet with fresh mint. And the berry salad, is on our menu lately also. David
