    Yes a smoked pork roast is good, and yes so many ways to do it up flavour wise. This one is spun, but you can just smoke it on a rack also. This is what I just posted for mothers day..... And the Ladies loved it. Always save the drippings for a good gravy. David

    First off, Mona would love that meal . She loves her Lobster At the stores up here the Lobsters are going for $10.99 per pound or $ 9.50 per pound at the wharf market, but you have to drive for an hour or so to get them. Always a nice treat for Lovey when I pick them up for her. David
