Yes ladies and gentlemen, we have a couple of unprecedented issues to work through. A couple of things that would never have been contemplated when the original rules were written. Nothing really huge or tragic, just some stuff that's never happened before. Chris (@gmc2003) are working through...
Very nice meal Chris. Absolutely no shame in posting that, especially since the iconic beer pole is evident. Pork tenderloin is something I really need to do for mom. she would love it....and God knows I love it :emoji_wink:
I can forgive you....this time. Not so sure that David (@DRKsmoking)...
Those ribs look great Brian. I've never done them as singles but you have me thinking now. I can't help but think you'd get a ton more flavor doing them this way than as a whole rack. Very nice my friend!!
Robert
Wow Jeff, you've gotten quite the bounty from the garden. Pretty awesome buddy. You are gonna be turning out some fantastic stuff, I'm certain of it.
Robert
You or somebody else posted a side view pic of a Mexican pizza in another thread. If it was you, here ya go Chris. give this a run:
This one should get David's (@DRKsmoking) juices flowing :emoji_laughing:

Whew....the past couple of weeks have been an absolute whirlwind. As some of you know, my only sibling has taken it upon himself to rid mom of pretty much everything: all of her money and almost everything of value she owned. For several months she has had no means to pay her bills or buy food...
Lordy lordy Steve!! That meal is absolutely spectacular. What a fantastic cook and a first class presentation. There is nothing at all not to love about that whole prep and cook. Perfection on a plate and congrats on a much deserved carousel ride.
Robert
If you're having doubts as to what should be done with the avocado after all of these suggestions, you could always send it to David (@DRKsmoking) He loves them and can always find a creative way to use it. Please let us know what you decided to do with it though.

You have been a busy little beaver buddy. Sign me up for a couple cases of both kinds of pickles please :emoji_laughing: Love the fact that you'll be able to have a nice stash of goodies to hopefully keep you through the Winter. Also love all the onions you put in them. we are onion junkies...
OMG!! You're talking my kind of Mexican right there!! Man oh man do those peppers look fantastic. Gotta say though, that chicken is about as beautiful as any I've ever seen posted here. It looks nothing short of absolute perfection. Excellent job my friend and I bet you and Mona had a really...
Thanks for the shout our David. That looks fantastic my friend. Kinda fun seeing all the variations of "pizza" that people come up with here in the forum and this is one more spectacular effort. One can only imagine it was terrific but I see that there's one component missing....the delicious...
Wow John....every time I see a post from you I open it with high expectations and you did not disappoint me my friend. The PP looks fantastic but I'd tear that rabbit up. Just a fantastic looking plate. Been a long time since I've had rabbit so it'd take about 6 of them to fill the void...
Way to go Red!! This has been quite the lengthy ordeal for you but I know the feeling of gratification....and expectation....of doing that first cook, Those ribs came out spectacularly my friend. Congrats on getting the smoker done and even more so for a perfect inaugural run.
Robert
Those are some fine looking fajitas right there Chris. Absolutely perfect. you know we love our Mexican food around here so those would be a huge hit. Very nice job sir.
Robert
WOO HOO!! Nailed those babies Matt. If cooked correctly, as you did, a good Dino rib is really hard to beat. Sure am glad you didn't give up after the first time because this meal made it all worthwhile buddy.
Robert
That right there is a 5-star plate!! What a fantastic looking meal. Cook was perfect and plating is exquisite. I'd happily pay a small fortune for a dinner like that. Excellent work by you and your son.
Robert
SIGN ME UP!! That looks like one absolutely amazing meal. I'd have never thought of Idaho as a place to get crawfish but man oh man, they look large and healthy. I'd be all over a bushel of those. Excellent job my friend.
Robert
Now those look tasty Bruce!! This would make a great appetizer for our next party being that I've forsaken anything on TV, including football, due to the idiotic advertising. Simple but a fantastic idea and perfect execution. I'm stealing this one :emoji_laughing:
Robert
Wow Jim, a simple but comforting meal. The whole plate looks good but that tenderloin is just gorgeous. If I change my name to Bryce will you cook that for me?? :emoji_laughing:
