That's one fine looking pizza right there Chris. Very nice!! We prefer thin crust ut I gotta admit, that homemade dough for your thick cruct looks downright tantalizing.

Keep the pics coming buddy....and make room on the shelf for another 1st place trophy. If nothing else I know you'd win my vote over some green Chile and chicken "stuff". Not saying that green Chile and chicken stuff isn't good, it just isn't real chili IMHO. BTW, the weather on Monday is gonna...
Now that I can understand. Same way here. Kinda the same about getting the big Ninja food processor out just to shred one small block of cheese. Hardly worth it.

My apologies Charles. I'd read through several posts I wanted to respond to and had a brain fart thinking this was David's thread. I'll try to be a bit more on-the-ball in the future. See what happens when you fall way behind here in the forum? And to think I have not even had a beer yet today...
Great looking sausage Chop. It all looks fantastic but I gotta say, the pic of that 2 foot long "sandwich" is nothing short of astonishing. Man that looks good...and on buns made with Ray's recipe no less. Pure magic sir.

Robert
Nice looking chicken David. Simple, basic, delicious finished plate. Can't ask for anything better than that.

Robert
Man Keith, that's a serious load of some serious looking salami. Cannot wait to see it all done, sliced, and on my doorstep :emoji_wink: We still need to figure out a friendly trade. I have a few goodies that you might enjoy playing with.
Robert
You don't need luck my friend. All you gotta do is show up and you're an automatic shoe-n for victory. Can't wait to see your first place trophy :emoji_wink:
Robert
Simply gorgeous Jeff. Some fantastic looking pastrami my friend. you just need to get yourself a slicer. Makes for a much easier and more consistent finished product.
Robert
WOW!! I will honestly say that this is about the best looking brisket I've ever seen. What an amazing job sir. not only did you get it right, you knocked it clear out of the park and into the next county. Beautiful job!!
Robert
Great God man!! Are you feeding a small army. Those chops look amazing but the whole spread is totally off the hook. Excellent looking food and I bet there were some really happy people at your table :emoji_wink:
Robert
