Great looking CSRs! I did some on the 4th, caught a sale! Did you smoke yours to temp? I took mine to 185, and rested. They were awesome that day, but a bit dry when heating for leftovers. Chili may be a better option for the leftovers.

As with everything these days...they don't make em like they used to. I believe they are made in China these days, but the quality is still really high in my book. I am a bit biased however, I've only owned Webers!
