This is sad to hear about John’s passing. He seemed like a great guy and he was fun to talk to. He fought a hell of a fight against cancer, now he is at peace and will be missed. I think about him a lot.
Everything looks great Robert, each deserving of its own thread. Those taco boats are good. I bought a bunch of them awhile back, my store had them marked down for clearance. Nicely done!
The tri tip and the peppers both look good! I like the idea of the crumbled bacon on the poppers too, and the marinade sounds delicious! I’ll have to try it with some skewers. Nicely done!
Great looking soup Jeff! I’m full just looking at those pictures. We had a cabbage style soup last week, as soon as the gas clears and a few open windows, I’ll be reloaded for some of that!
This looks awesome CS! The wife and I try to eat healthy by doing a lot of rice, grain or bean bowls. This Asian pulled pork would work perfectly with them. I could definitely make this to portion and freeze. I gotta do this soon.
Beautiful looking meal Charles and a nice write up with the photos too! I could definitely get behind a meal like this.
I’ve done bok choy a few times but always seem to forget about it. I’m gonna have to start incorporating it after seeing yours.
That looks wonderful Robert, few things go better together than beef and mushrooms (if you like them)…presentation or not, that’s a meal worthy to be on a menu at any fine dining establishment!
Oh that looks fantastic and that Wegman’s szechuan sauce is good stuff!
That’s a pretty serious wok you got there! That would crack my glass cooktop for sure! Maybe I should convert to gas before they ban them :emoji_laughing:
