Scored these two tails for 12 bills so split them and seasoned them up with some melted butter with fresh herbs and Kinders buttery steak, then on the Weber top rack to roast at 375…..
Roasted them for about 18 min basting about each 4 mins….pulled the at INT of 145….
This makes me happy...

We LOVE smoked chuck........ If it's not for tacos, then its perfect for chili..... This was dinner was a few days ago.....smoked chuck chili over an Idaho spud! I didn't take any pics other than this but I would be scoring 2 or 3 at 5.99!

Sounds like a nice deal. We have also seen the HUGE increase in the "temp" site cost element....some places are almost the same as an extended stay hotel.... it's why we do dry camping in the season as the 29 at night fee helps offset the other places.

I couldn't agree more....I had a TC and pulled a large boat for years....now just the TT but my current Cummins Ram is licensed for above 17500 GVWR for just in case (mine taps out at 20K). I know I LOVE my Cummins exhaust brake and to tow haul transmission.
