One of the best things I love about grinding your own is the texture. The store going is too fine in my opinion. Mushy ....But different tastes for different folks!
Johnny.... that’s why I prefer eating them grilled with butter, garlic and Parmesan. With a side of crusty French bread. Even more Specifically , Drago’s At New Orleans!
