    New A-Maze-N PS. Couple questions.

That's weird. I usually get 11 hours from a tray load of todds pellets. I wonder if perhaps you didn't get the completely blow out when you put them to the smoker.

Peanut Butter Meltaways (Bear's Favorite Candy)

To be honest, it didn't sound good to me, but I'm not exactly the most adventurous when it comes to trying new foods.

Peanut Butter Meltaways (Bear's Favorite Candy)

I watched BarBeQue Braw yesterday, and they made chocolate moose for desert. They melted their chocolate in the smoker. About 20 minutes at 250*. Might work here. Anyone tried smoking chocolate?

Huge Boston Butt - 16lbs - how long or should I cut it in two?

We eat a lot of pulled pork, either as sandwiches or on chilli, stew, shepards pie, etc. when I cook a butt for us, I get the two packs and smoke them both. I vacuum seal and freeze it in 1 & 2 pounds bags and usually defrost in the fridge then dump in Tupperware.

Pricing on 2 meat combo for 200 people

Keep in mind these are Florida prices and there are people selling smoked meats at nearly every other gas station.

Pricing on 2 meat combo for 200 people

I consider buns and sauce part of the pulled pork. I furnish enough buns to feed 3/4 of the party, as a surprising number don't want a bun. If the host wants more, it not a big deal. I sell my sides by 1/2 Steamer Pan, which feeds 16 -20 people. A pan of slaw is $18

Huge Boston Butt - 16lbs - how long or should I cut it in two?

Yes, make sure you don't have two smaller butts in theone package. That's how I buy them from Gordon's Then to put them on depends on then you want to serve. I usually cook my pulled pork ahead of tine because if done right, it reheats so well. I have. 40" MES electrick, to I normally start...

    Smoking meat ahead of time???

I cook all the way then vacuum seal. If only a couple of days, I put in fridge, if longer I freeze. I reheat by putting the whole bag(s) in boiling water. If I have the chance, I like to freeze the drippings in ice cube trays, the drop a couple of cubes into the bags before sealing them...

Pricing on 2 meat combo for 200 people

No sides and just delivered (not served), $5 per person, they determine the break down -- x number of chicken and x number of pork. Of course that depends greatly on where you're at.
