    Thanks Yup Brian and the others are awesome at helping out with their experience and knowledge, so thanks fellas.  Yeah I could not decide which teams to put on the Mini so the wife said put all three, I said why not and I love how ti turned out.

    Trouble getting AMPS to burn

    Yup this also does the trick for me, now storage can be a future factor also.  I store mine in old milk jugs to prevent moisture from getting in, the bags that the pellets come in seem to have small holes every time I receive them.  Nobodies fault I think it's just the weight placed on the boxes...

    First time smoking... how much smoke should be coming out of the top vent?

    Somebody else posted this pic and it says wonders about white vs TBS.  Thank you who ever it was.  Left has white and right has TBS.  TBS is what you want for good flavor. Now it's not always blue depending on your light but just as long as it's not tons of smoke like on the left.
