    I have a question

    You could grill one. If so probably best not to use raw meat (or anything else) as a filling as it may not get done. You can smoke a fattie in 2-3 hours though and get nice smoke flavor but it would be better to grill one than not have one at all.

    Cut top off. Scoop out (at least some) of insides. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar and crab meat and stuff into peppers. Wrap with bacon, secure with toothpick and smoke (or grill if you prefer). Simple, spicy and yummy.

    I agree. In my limited experience it seems all bbq reheats well in foil with a some sort of liquid for moisture, apple juice, boullion, etc.

    Good job, I did that with the drippings the last time I smoked brisket. Used it for open faced brisket sammies.
