Pulled a couple cucumbers from the garden sliced them thin and put in jars
Made a pickling solution of
2 cups water
1 3/4 white vinegar
1 1/2 table spoons pickling spice
1 cup sugar
Couple spoonfulls of minced garlic
A bit of smoked dried dragon chilis cut up
Some shakes of carolina reaper...
Untill then i am going to be unhealthy and cook pizza for breakfast justs a simple frozen california kitchen bbq chicken
Have it in my canp chef with hickory pellets on a pizza stone
I love how sinply cooking with a pellet grill can make a frozen pizza so much better
Took silver skin off
Going to be using snokehouse maple quick and easy
Coated it well
Wrapped it up and stuck it in fridge only going to let it sit for a couple hours then start smoking
Time for an a-maze-n pellet smoker
I like my MES but it is so touchy when it comes to chips it doesn't give you a constant thin blue smoke hardly ever.
It seems when it cycles it just burns the chips up almost immediately
I was getting a much better product when I went to the AMPS
You can put them in the microwave just don't put them in and accidently put 5 mins instead of 50 seconds and go to the bathroom.
You will smoke out your microwave and your whole house will smell burnt for a month. Don't ask me how I know this
Anyway you shouldn't have tons of smoke coming from...
