    Thanks for all the help . Is there a big difference between the 733 and 732.There's a $25 difference in price on amazon.     Smoker is sitting on concrete backyard patio so the kitchen and garage door (If were not outside that's were we'd be) is less then 30 feet away.

    My wife bought me a WSM 22" charcoal smoker for my birthday and we're now ready to join the wide world of smoking. Could someone tell us the best way to break in our new smoker. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We also plan to take the 5 day ecourse offered here in the near future...

    I'm not sure I want to go electric.  I was looking at the Smoke Vault 24"  I'll take a look at the GOSM alot of people seem to like them Am I wrong or does charcoal require the most attention

      Thanks for all the responses. Thanks Craig I'm going to check out that ecourse It looks like I'll probably go with the smoke vault although the new Landmann's seem pretty nice. Either way I'll wait until after Christmas to purchase one. The smoke vault is out of stock with amazon right now
