    Hey yeah that's a good idea.  I do have a drip pan under, and I usually put the butts in the pan after several hours then foil so the drippings go back into the meat.  Will have to try the beans some time.

    New Member From the Northland

    Hi Everyone I received a MES 30" from the wife for Christmas this year and have been experimenting with it every weekend since.  Made a lot of tasty stuff already and have found this site invaluable. See you in the forums!
