Way too long at that temp in my opinion. If you want to give it some extra smoke I'd run like that for 2 hours max then move to 250-275. You will still get great results and cut time significantly. It's better to finish early and hold in a cooler with towels than finish just one time or later... -

Is it that the doctor was dropped from all the Advantage plans or they just don't want to take them? If the latter it's honestly kind of a dick move by your doctor. If that's the case and it were me, as someone else said I'd widen my search for a doctor.- jcam222

Anthem Advantage plans offer Anthem Medicare Advantage plans in Ohio offer PPO plans in addition to HMO plans albeit at a higher cost. I put some in the top and some on the bottom. I think some on the bottom can be a barrier to soggy bun syndrome. By the way I'd happily eat the lamb burger with onions and blue- jcam222

Not encouraging. I'm on Anthem ACA right now through November. Various reasons I'm going on a Medicare Advantage plan in December and plan on using Anthem. I've looked at others but none have a decent network of providers in my area. I'll be doing the PPO so it gives partial coverage and also...- jcam222
