@smokerjim i had burn back potential when power went out on my pellet grill.
The Story: was cooking at 225f all day, pulled the ribs, turned smoker to 500f, went inside and glazed the ribs. Smoker was roaring, dumping pellets to get up to heat, then bam power outage.

I have Had one for 12 months and I really like it. The update as you say makes a huge difference and so easy to do. I only ever use “latest”. Never had an issue with my Prime and use it constantly.

Thanks for sharing the recipe. I have never boiled the marinade, will try that next time. My powdered spice never stuck right.
i marinade 12 hours or more, heavy smoke few hours, then in dehydrater to finish off.
