Yesterday was sausage grind day on a pork butt so I’m set with 2.5# each of breakfast and zesty Italian. The money muscle end gets special treatment cause’ it’s too good to grind. Rubbed it down with my own SM clone rub and then overnight in the fridge. Tossed it on the pellet grill with Bear...
I added a clearance priced Pit Boss Austin XL to my arsenal of Kettles. Had it not been drastically marked down I could live without it. I was happy to smoke and grill on the SnS 26” and use the 22” for rotisserie. I’m not ready to go full pellet yet. The pellet grill has its quirks and gives a...
Very tasty. Bunny likes Hawaiian pizza. I don’t but drew inspiration from that. You can’t smoke these very long or the ham will get tough. I pulled them when just heated and cheese melted. Sweet onion is a must.
Decided to go Hawaiian style on some shots. Wrapped sausage with Black Forrest ham then filled with minced sweet onion, pineapple chunks and co- jack cheese. Then on the pellet grill just til hot and melty. Thanks for looking y’

If you imagine that the GMG pellets leave more ash than Lumberjack by observation, then it’s probably true. LJ pellets are widely concidered top line pellets. Perhaps your guru pellet salesman has steered you towards an inferior pellet in an attempt to move unsold inventory. Just my thought...
Check with Brickseek for Austin XLs on clearance at Walmart. I got one a couple weeks ago. It works great and the food tastes acceptably smokey. $300-$350 in our area and they’re going fast.
