    What to do with that Canadian Bacon ?

    Dangit gary, you know how to get a stomach growling in the morning... Back bacon (CB) makes the best sammies. Love it piled high in between two pieces of french toast with maple syrup to dip. I call it the French Canadian Dip. That does it. I'm getting some of this cured this weekend.
