You all ever heard of 140/4 hours just saying, i season the day before and straight from the fridge to smoker. Setting thick items out for a couple hours might not raise the internal temperature very much.
I always cook it rare, I fire the grill up and burn my wifes till no more pink in , it wont take but a couple minutes to get the red out for folks who don’t like it rare. No need to make everybody suffer imo

The easiest way to explain the gfi is that it detects voltage going to ground, most fridges can't operate on 1. most things never have a problem but in rare cases folks have gotten shocked.

Most of the times you see a merger it's because of capital, look at Sears and Kmart merger, down to 20 something stores with thousands closed, not sure how or why the ones still open are making it. hope my sears pension holds out another 20 years :emoji_wink:
