    Thanks that will work great! It amazes me how long a wrapped piece of meat will hold its temp and redistribute juices in a cooler. IMO, many people don't rest it enough. Good Luck, Scott

    I slice it, rub it with EVOO and blackening seasoning, then grill it on my grill in a cast iron skillet. Its awesome! Blackened Prime rib on the left, EVOO and Montreal Seasoning on the right. And plated My wife likes them with Montreal or SPOG, I like them blackened. Good Luck, Scott
