    Looks good Geerock! I will be using a large reverse flow fueled by hickory. I think I about have it figured out. I want to use a tangier mop/injection than I normally use, so I have a little bit of work to do. My pig should be ready for pick up on Friday and I am getting excited. :biggrin:

    The gears will technically work, but they are not a good fit. Some food grade oil makes it easier, but there will still be shavings.
