    Taylor Pork Roll Sammies (Grilled)

Yea I'm not gonna trash anyone. But the one at the park is the original festival. I volunteered last year and again this year. We had over 4000 people attend and close to a dozen and a half food vendors. Just make sure if you go next year it's at the Mill Hill Park.

    Taylor Pork Roll Sammies (Grilled)

Usually just grill my own with a Italian Peoples Bakery kaiser roll. Or on the stove with eggs for breakfast. I bought plenty of sandwiches during the Pork Roll Festival that was on May 23.

Any particular reason you DON'T homebrew?

I don't really care for shocktop or wheat beers in general. But given that it's a non hefeweizen wheat beer there might not be much to choose from depending on where you live. Try visiting a local brewery and asking what they would recommend. Just my $.02 If I was to drink a wheat beer right...

Any particular reason you DON'T homebrew?

Yep.  As in Oud Bruin, Kriek, Lambic w/ currants, and also a few brettanamyces ales.

Any particular reason you DON'T homebrew?

Ive been brewing for many years now, and still brew at least once a month.  I have quite a few sour beers ageing along with the more normal stuff like pilsners and IPAs.  Its getting harder with my daughter turning 2 soon and a second kid due in just under 2 months.  Oh well that's life... at...

    New Little Chief

Also FYI most "nitrate free" cured meats just substitute celery powder for sodium nitrate as celery has naturally occurring nitrates. Don't believe me check this out....  http://ruhlman.com/2011/05/the-no-nitrites-added-hoax/

    Cheese Problem

Brinkmann Trailmaster Limted Edition - mods

Smokey I'm kinda new at offset cookers. I know the concept of a reverse flow pretty well I think. It was just all those ppl who had the tuning plates all pushed together until the very end and then a exhaust extension coming down to the cooking grate kinda had me confused. What you are saying...

Brinkmann Trailmaster Limted Edition - mods

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't tuning plates cause most if not all of the smoke to bypass the meat on its way to the stack. Thanks Chris

Cure my new Brinkman trailmaster last night...

Would it be worth it to move the stack to firebox side and put in a plate to make it a reverse flow?

Brinkmann Trailmaster Limted Edition - mods

A couple of questions as I have been considering buying either the TMLEV or the TMLEH if I opted for the horizontal version could i put 1/4" thick tuning plates along the length of the cooker and move the stack to the firebox side and wind up with a decent reverse flow smoker?  Also would the...
