Wine & Smoke "Without A Care!"

Big Burg, as I so lovingly call him, is my "go to" glass for every wine I drink.  He is off limits to the rest of the house!!  (We are on Big Burg 2.0 because of a well meaning cleaning of the original BB) Karen

    Help!

I would turn it on and put a thermo in it to see what temp it is running.  Usually 130 to 140 is fine for most dehydrating recipes. I found the maker's website, but no manuals or anything.  I'll keep looking to see if I can find any more info on it.

That potato salad looks great!  I might substitute fingerlings the next time I make potato salad.  Much less chopping!!!

Thanks Noboundaries!  That's good info.  I think I will go unwrapped as well...these are very spare in their meatiness.

    ABT's

I normally stuff with a brick of cream cheese, Jimmy Dean sausage (pre cooked), shreaded cheddar jack cheese, garlic salt. I leave a few seeds in the jalapenos for heat, stuff, wrap with bacon and smoke for about two hours.  YUM!! I also recently tried a variation where I used smoked, pulled...
