Yea, I was reading along and about to post a reply, would be nice if the post beginning date could be on the list element, it would be easier to knownits old. Happens to me often.
Not just kind words the truth!
I am so jealous of that smoker you are building. I just can't have one because I live in a forested protected neighborhood and can't have any flames that could generate a spark.
On this model the coals still sit on the floor and the bucket is used to contain the coals? This will help considerably, adding space for airflow under the basket would make a significant difference. The coals will burn evenly across the basket, not just from the sides.
Yes, looks great. I'm trying to eat mere chicken, not really a fan. I have been making meatloaf with 1/2 the meat as ground chicken and it comes out very good. I'll have to give just chicken a go, this looks awesome, thanks.
Unless you can create a 3d model for the part you have to see if you can find one on a site like thingiverse, maybe spelled wrong. If you search and find a model you will know it can be done, and can tell how much material it will take.
I did a search '3d print cheese mold'. And found many...
Looks delicious. Very similar to a dish I make for pork chops instead of chicken breast. I don't put in the tomatoes and the spinach and add thinly sliced apples.
The real cost is from the person who builds the 3d part with a cad program. It takes a while to built the correct model and maybe 5 to 10 iterations to get it the way you want it. That's why many of the sites one downloads parts from ask to tip the builder.
From my perspective, if the controller is wifi, then having the meat probes on the same app is a useful feature. If not having the meat probes as Bluetooth/wifi separately is better.
