I would leave it whole and ziplock it. I would keep the juices if possible and then rewarm at 220 in the oven, once it is warm again i would then pull it and serve it. It will be fine

Since I got my Landmann Big Block the Bandera has seen little smoke time. After closer inspection it was starting to rust pretty bad. I took paint stripper and the wire wheel and a flap sander to the whole unit after taking it apart. I repainted the whole unit and replaced the plastic wheels...

I have and sell Landmann smokers. Let me offer a few tips that may help.
Try adjusting. your vents. You want the smoke moving with as little airflow as possible. More airflow more oxygen and chance of fire.
When I smoke I usually end up with charcoal like ashes.

Number two in the books . Another great one. This one had Tri -Tip and Chicken along with three side. This one took a little more work as it was an onsite smoke. The clients told me I hit it out the the park. :) Good feeling
Hey even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile. I have used this method a few time when Smoking at night if my outside temps drop two low to keep my propane smokers temps at 225. I have never used a BGE, but if you can add wood I think that you could keep temp up longer by just adding wood...
